Who We Are
Nari Sewa Kendra is Nepali for Womens Service Center, which is exactly what we started as in 1977. Our initial objective was to provide skills training and a support network to women in rural communities. Today our devotion and ambition are much greater, affecting women, children, minorities, and the less fortunate across Nepal.

इतिहास History
We began as Nari Hasta Kala Vikas Kendra in 1977. Shortly after, in 1980 we registered as an official non-profit NGO. Fourteen years later we officially changed our name to Nari Sewa Kendra. Other than a name change and our expanding reach, our core purpose has always been to empower the women in our communities.
